This book is fantastic for beginning Paleo dieters. It contains a couple of more modern-day components, however they are healthy ones. I am so delighted I have a copy! My sister got cookbook a while back, and had recommended it to me. What can I say? I was dragging my feet for a while about getting it. Now that I have it, I’m grateful that she pushed me so hard.

Something I need to compliment the publisher on – the format is fantastic for Kindle. I have actually had problems with cookbooks in the past, however this one is perfect. The pictures are a huge plus, too.
